Twitter Will Share Ad Revenue With Creators

Twitter CEO Elon Musk announced that from now onwards verified creators will get paid through ad revenue. I think the idea might come from the YouTube partnership program where YouTube is sharing a few percentages of ad revenue with its creators. 

What are the Eligibility criteria for Twitter Ad Revenue?

Elon Musk mentioned that those who subscribe to Twitter Blue verified are eligible for the monetization program.
